It's right after Ten-chan (possessed by Sakura-sensei) has had enough and charges into the back of Sakura-sensei (possessed by Ataru-kun and Ten-chan)... To see it best, go one frame at a time, but my eyes can pick out that scene in real-time... ;D
On my viewer (PowerDVD), this scene is at the end of 38:46 (min:sec), just before 38:47.

Sakura is probably the most mature, no-nonsense, and serious character in the series... Maybe a little too serious for my tastes. Honestly, she may be beautiful, but her personality just doesn't click with me. At times, I actually find her character to be rather uninteresting. I'd take Lum over her any day.

When Sakura ate a lot of food, including an entire cow and didn't even became more fat, because of some pills and in the end she was still hungry... I was in shock! I showed the episode to some friends and they said that her apetite is like mines.

In episode 95, Lum's classic tales. Ataru played the part of an old man who's just as short as cherry before drinking the elixir of youth. Cherry probably had some similar features to Sakura before he got old, halved in size and got a big head.

I think Sakura was the coolest character in Urusei Yatsura, even more so than Mendou Shutaro. I liked how she would suddenly say that she could sense something strange and how she nearly always wears high priestess robes; especially in the later episodes of the TV series. Of course her look got far better in the later episodes.
I loved it when she was angry and hit Moroboshi on the head with an casual downwards blow. I've always felt that Sakura was an under utilised character in the series. If they ever remade Urusei Yatsura she should have more parts and dedicated episodes. In the TV series she was a supporting character, she should have been a main character!

I like the fact that she acts like an old lady even though she's young when she often complains about not understanding young people. Well... she might not have 17 years old anymore but she's not in her 30/40/50 and so on. =)

Sje's about 11 years older than the main body of the cast (who, being Juniors in High School, would be 16 or 17): when Lum time-travels back to when Ataru was 6 years old (the electro-shock training doll episode), we see Sakura in a high-school uniform ("sailor fuku").

She is physically beautiful, but her personality (and voice) are very rough and uncouth. Except when she's chanting some Buddhist prayer, she always seems like the opposite of what I'd expect from a priestess, which is to say, she seems lacking in wisdom, patience, serenity, piety -- any of the virtuous traits you'd expect in a holy woman. Even as a nurse, her 'bedside manner' leaves a lot to be desired; she's not exactly a comforting presence.
She's prone to angry outbursts and physical violence as a first resort, which makes her considerably less attractive than her appearance would otherwise dictate. Same thing with Ran when she's in her "Mrs. Hyde" mode. Not attractive to guys. Lum gets mad at Ataru all the time, but it's because she's genuinely hurt by his callous behavior and lack of attention. It's easy to forgive her outbursts because she really is the injured party.
