Title: episode 67 After You've Gone

I've only been able to watch up to episode 93 where Tobimaru Mizunokoji makes his first appearance with his ridiculous eyes  and promptly eats a baseball. man thats a riot! Damn Animax-Asia! Damn ignorant SOBs! Personally speaking I'd rather watch older anime than some of the crap they put out now. Some of them are more style and less substance.

But my fave episode is episode 67. After You've Gone. Everybody gets serious in this one and shows how big of a jerk Ataru is but we all still couldn't hate him could we people?

Too bad the italian adaptation of that episode was terrible, probably made by someone who didn't know anything about baseball... :(

Yes,look episode 194 to watch it again along a Top 10-like version of UY

I truly felt moved with da sad segments,and i truly laughed wit the idea of ataru that mendo kidnapped lum

This was a very good episode. I was touched by it, too. The part with Shinobu was one of my favorite parts in this episode. Overall, this was a really good episode that made you see into the real Ataru.

He deserves to be mocked. He's a lot like Ataru in personality, but he can fake it well (Ataru doesn't even try...).

I'm not sure about movie 1, but in movie 3 when Lum is gone Ten, Benten, Oyuki and Ran leave Earth and even Shinobu loses her super strenght.

That is what UY basicly is about. "Those Obnoxious Aliens" is the supose translation of the title.

Indeed. To quote an episode of The Twilight Zone: "People are all alike everywhere."

Anyway, I think that the song "I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face", from My Fair Lady would fit perfectly in the scene where Ataru is gradually falling into a deep depression due to Lum's absence.

and a perfect song for the return of lum into ataru's life would be "We'll meet again" by Vera Lynn,part of the lyrics really fit on this
