Title: Its Been Ten Years Since I've Seen I've Been Waiting....
Post by: LuMcHaN69 on April 14, 2005, 02:00:42 AM
I'd just like to say kudos to the person who's found the matthew sweet video.  It must be over ten years since i've seen this video.  ever since i saw it played on spotlight back in 94 in muchmusic...i always glued my eyes on that television station until they would play it again.  Unfortunately, they never did.  Lum's the main reason why i got hooked to watching muchmusic to begin with.  For those who don't know what muchmusic is...its the canadian equivilant to mtv.  I give major credit to the person who found this video...MAJOR!!  If i could give that person a big hug and a kiss i would.  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU once again.

and oh yea...i found lum videos back in blockbuster around the same year too.  blockbuster had almost all the ova's and i think 9 volumes of the television series, and 3 movies.  when dvd's started to get popular they got rid of most of the lum video's but i managed to snatch one of the OVA'S before they were completely gone.

I'm thinking of getting the OVA'S on dvd someday...but not now :P
...and that's how i fell in love with Lum-Our Lovely Alien.

Many thanks go to Razor for pointing me in the right direction.
I downloaded the complete video and converted it to a smaller file with a good quality. After much testing I've put it online for everyone to download.
You might have to install DivX to see the video...

Enjoy!

Yup, after watchiing the music video,  Lum has definitely put Disney in its place.  From watching the Matthew Sweet Video, it aspired me to become a music artist as well.  The video is well produced and it doesn't look cheesy either.  If I ever make it as a music artist, i'd like use Lum in the process of making a music video and taking it to the next level.  Maybe in a more Hip-Hop/Rap or R&B take on it...what do you think?

I have a copy of I've been waiting but it opens in a 4 inch window. Does anybody have a link to a version that would be higher quality and larger?  Don't care about the size, but would love to have a larger and higher quality version...
Lum for all, all for Lum!

Lum for all, all for Lum!

Give the version I have placed on the mainsite a try. When played in fullscreen it's rather good of quality.
The original version is over 1 GB so I had to make a compromise when shrinking it down to an acceptable size.

It can be found on this (http://lum-chan.bbox.org/goodies/movies.html) page.
