As my ID suggests, I'm an old fan of the show. Sadly, it wasn't until 2 years ago thanks to someone who posted all the EPs, OVAs and Movies to a now defunct YouTube channel that I was ever able to find UY again. Slick use of KeepVid.com allowed me to save it all to my HD and I said I would save everything for a rainy day to watch.
(Since then I bought all the Blurays from Japan...watching them raw is interesting.)
It's been a rainy few months and now I've watched everything I missed and wanted to find the Manga too.

I can't vouch for the 'accuracy' of the translations, but they seem to be close to what I read of the reviews of the chapters. The sites have timeout issues every so often, but they work. And I have since captured all the chapters from the first link as it was the most reliable.
If this brings someone who's never been able to read it some happiness, I'm glad to have been of help.

Always glad to share resources. I have the actual Japanese Tankobans in image form too, but I'd sure you'd frown on them being added in some capacity.

It's been a rainy few months and now I've watched everything I missed and wanted to find the Manga too.
You should support companies like Viz Media that do the actual printed manga English translations. They are starting a new series of omnibus editions with newly re-translated text, beginning in February 2019.
