Lum going to shopping at New mall opening but she is attak by burgler and she used this electrick shok on him, This electrick Shock are 380 V because she not know human electric rezistence until 220 V and result the burgler dead instantly and Lum are problem with police. He'll save anyone? Or will spend halloween in jail? And where Ataru? Probably with a earthly girl, course.
