Title: Ending Fall 2011 anime and Winter 2012 preview
Post by: janus on January 03, 2012, 08:49:35 AM
Sorry for being late on this but I'd much rather stay busy and active rather than it being slow and boring.
but here is the list

and the source (
as always I just want to keep this short, if you want a full review follow the link to the corresponding anime to read a full review. Like always the fall season tends to be best one and this was no exception. I had my hands full with 5 anime I had to drop 1

Shakugan no Shana III (Final) (
I wasn't expecting much for the third season of shana but since the season started having the wimpy male protagonist become the leader of the enemy made things much more interesting
Working'!! (!!)
I was really happy that they kept the same quality on to the second season. this is one of the shows that can keep an grin on my face the whole episode. It was nice to see new charters, much more interaction and development between them. a very enjoyable and entertaining experience
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (
I don't have to have much to say about this one other than its a harem anime although It left some loose ends that I would like to see more of.
Persona 4 The Animation (
I think they did a pretty good job on this one although it was kind of rushed. I enjoyed this anime over all and didn't disappoint. I loved the OP and ED themes, but I still think that Persona 3 has more better music than Persona 4. You should watch this game even if you haven't played the game
Guilty Crown (
this one has an interesting concept, I like the story  even though every one hates on the winmpy male protagonist. we are halfway through the anime and have yet to find something that surprises me
Mirai Nikki (TV) (
Last but not least this is the anime I had to unfortunately drop out.I read the whole managa and Enjoyed the last part more since it was full of surprises. over all I was very satisfied with the ending and I don't think I should watch it again.

as for the anime that I'm planning to see is currently one at the moment
Nisemonogatari ( A sequel to bakemonogatari, Since I like the first season I would like to find out what happens next. I wonder if I'm ever going to see the prequel, Kizumonogatari

again I'm sorry I took so long but please tell us what you saw this last season and what are you looking forward to this next season.

Since we're on the subject of 2012 anime, I've started up doing anime reviews and my first video shows a few anime from 2012 I plan to review when I get to watching them.

Looking forward to the new season, but there's not as much stuff that I wanna see compared to the Fall.  Which is fine cause I'm gonna be way more busy now so I wouldn't have time to see it all :D

I'll echo Janus' sentiments about Working'!! and Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. Working'!! was EXCELLENT and haganai was ... somewhat less so (its only redeeming feature: introducing to the universe the most perfect little-sister ever created: Kobato!!!! ;)).

Sadly I see nothing on the Winter list that piques my interest.  :'(
