Title: Dubs without original soundset

Are you know about official dubs, that didn't use the original japanese soundset (effects, music)?

I recently watched Urusei Yatsura Itsudatte My Darling in Spanish and Italian and I noticed the didn't use the original japanese effects and music. But the english dub was dubbed with the original japanese soundset.
