That is one of my favorite animes was the 1st anime series that I downloaded to my computer after seeing it online. (Yes I liked it that much).

I am watching .hack//Liminality. .hack//SIGN is one of my favorite anime of all time and I hadn't seen Liminality and ended up aquiring it on DVD so I've been watching that. It's only 4 episodes, but it's quite interesting so far. Connects to .hack//SIGN and the game series quite well. I will also be rewatching .hack//SIGN soon. I ended up finding all of the dvds for about $5 each except for volume 2, so once I get vol 2 I will rewatch it all. I even found the artbox for the series xD (came with vol 1). Also, amazon has vol 2 for 840 yen so if I can't find it at a book off soon I'll just get it from there.

Im watching UY of course...But i am also into rewatching Zero no tsukaima since its been greenlit for the final season in january 2012. Also i am watching alot of stuff being shown on crunchyroll like Fairytale, Lotte No Omocha, A Bridge To The Starry Skies, Pandora Hearts, Soul Eater, Inuyasha and any more that come to mind i will let you know...too many to count or list..lol ;)

If I may, recommend animehere.com is a great site for keeping track of anime as they are subbed and released online. They appear to have almost every new series from the Fall line up. Furthermore, each episode has several players to choose from so you should not have trouble finding a way to play it.

I'm still doing some catching up... because of vacations... and for some reason I'm becoming more and more of a manga guy... The animes I'm watching at the moment are, One Piece, Fairy Tail and Beelzebub. Just finished watching what remained of the last episodes of the summer season animes and I'm still waiting to see what animes I'll watch for the current anime season.
I must say, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, I dont remember having fan service on the manga but... hey... they kinda droped the ball on it and seem to have dedicated themselfs to the anime. Sad because I was enjoying it, hope they get back to it in the future.

So I finished UY, both anime and manga. Last thing I watched for UY was the 2008 OVA. Loved the modern animation for it.
Now I've started Maison Ikkoku which is more serious, but still a great watch.

If you compare it to Urusei Yatsura, it's definitely more serious. No aliens and rich boys with large armies at the ready. It's about a widow who still feels love for her dead husband and a guy who wants to get her to love him. I guess it's more of a romantic comedy, but definitely a more involved plot than Urusei Yatsura.

Do you find Beezlebub funny? I found it funny twice, when Beelzlebub defecated on the main characters head and when the demon man who opens up and contains people said to the main characters friend said something along the lines of "I felt you were passionate when I felt you inside me". I thought it was good how Kunieda led a double life. The animation was terrible, the fighting scenes were mostly static images with speed lines and the gang members were stereotypy as h***. I don't think that is considered a swear word but I'd thought I'd better make sure, I don't want to get reported.
Was the Urusei Yatsura OVA dubbed or subtitled in English?
Neither, officially. Took a long time to be fansubbed.

I finally got around to watching the second Ranma movie. I've been meaning to watch it for at least 2 years now as that is the only Ranma video I had never seen so I finally took the time to watch it today and have now seen every episode, OVA, and movie of Ranma. Without Ranma 1/2 I would have never discovered Urusei Yatsura so it will always be in my top 2 anime (I can't decide whether I like Ranma more or Urusei Yatsura more).

Papa no Iu Koto wo Kikinasai ("Papakiki") Cute, light, slightly touching. A little bit of FS but not as much as I expected (that's a good thing). LIke the ED animation.
Another Dark and dreary, as befits a horror-suspense story. Taking its time getting to plot points. OP is too "happy".

The show I've enjoyed the most out of the last season's crop has to be Maoyū Maō Yūsha aka Maoyu.

The story takes place in a very realistic fantasy world where politics, economics and personal motivations are all equal forces in the progression of the the story.
The main story concerns the relationship between a headstrong hero who abandons his comrades to pursue the source of the Human/Demon War that has been raging on and off for many years. When he gets to the Demon King's Castle, he's in for quite a surprise, encountering his arch-enemy alone, as was part of the Demon King's plan. Rejecting the Demon King's initial offers to settle the war, the Hero comes to an agreement with the Demon King which he believes will lead to a permanent end to the war.
Other members of the show's ensamble from both sides make the story even more enjoyable, as Royalty, Mechants, Paladins, Maids and Serfs all add to the story's flavoring. Storyline events and discussion of ideas make this something to truly think a bit more deeply about than your typical fluff and fight pieces that seem to be such a large part of modern day anime.
I haven't watched the last two episodes of the show, saving them for viewing this weekend with a fellow anime fan who's been enjoying it as well for the last few months.
The show is available for free on Crunchyroll, I recommend you watch the first episode and see if it doesn't remind you (in certain ways) of another show we all know and love. (grin)

Currently I've finally gotten round to watching Wolf's Rain. When I can, my TV is in my parents lounge and they don't let me watch anime very often. I have to research graphic novels but I'm not sure what to get, long time since I've read manga before.

Watching WATAMOTE. The main character (Tomoko Kuroki) is like the dark doppelganger to Lucky*Star's Konata Izumi. The show is right on the border of too-depressing-to-watch, but keeps its sense of humor.
Started watching FREE! (I'm a Kyoto Animation fan), but I've dropped it. It just does not hold my interest. Sorry, KyoAni.
Tried RozenMaiden. Disliked 1st episode. Won't watch any further.

WataMote (Watashi ga Motenai no wa dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui!) continues to impress. May be the best 2013 has to offer. Most recent episode (episode 6) includes ... . My highest recommendation.

Just realised that I haven't finished watching any anime series since winter season 2012. I kind of lose focus on the series, then I'm too lazy to go back and continue where I stopped.
I'm currently just watching TWGOK2 - The World God Only Knows II. Just for fun. Tried to watch Rosen Maiden... but then realized this was part of a series... and it was also a bit depressing. xD
I watched several 1st episodes... but most, if not all, didn't caught my attention, even second seasons of shows I already watched. (except TWGOK2).

I'm watching Cowboy Bebop remastered on blu ray, I've finished the part 1 box on the episode Jupiter Jazz, saving up for part 2 as I don't have as much money to spend on anime now that I have a car.
I didn't like the first episode of Free!, the story sounded boring, not into sports anime and the ecchi was bad. The humour is terrible, a joke was that someone wore their swimming trunks all the time and how someone's exaggerated reaction to it.

Not much, sadly: Little Busters Refrain and Kyoukai no Kanata.
Almost DIDN'T start watching LBR (I was disappointed by the preceding season) but I'm happy to see that LB is finally living up to its promise.
KnK is Kyoto Animation which means beautiful character designs and better-than-average animation, but I fear KnK (like Free! which preceded it out of KyoAni) is marred by its weak story. Kyoto Animation is trying to develop story in-house (instead of licensing an already-established title) and is struggling with this new challenge. IMHO.
I'm much happier re-watching older series. Hyouka tops my list. Episode 21 (the Valentine's Day ep') is a particular favorite. AngelBeats! episode 3 gets a lot of replay (the music KICKS ASS. GlDeMo is My Favorite Band. Period.). I'll pull out a DVD of LuckyStar or UsagiDrop on occasion, too.
I also re-watch the BluRay's of the various VOCALOID concerts a lot. The 2010 show has my vote for Best Band Performance but the projection&animation were weak. The 2011 Sapporo concert (NOT the 2011 Tokyo show) is 2nd-best band, but the animation & projection gets it right. The 2012 March9th Tokyo show ranks 3rd: STUNNING animation and models, but the band is not as sharp as they were in 2010. Don't like Mikunopolis (the 2011 Los Angeles show) at all: the band was weak and a really really AWFUL mix, the animation was just re-hashed from 2010, and sets (which I would not believed would make a difference to me) were non-existent. A little stage-dressing would help fill that big big empty stage.
Looking forward to: (blushes) the SuperSonico animated series, coming next season. And, I have tickets to the Cleveland, Ohio showings of the Madoka movies: the first 2 show December 1st, the new one shows the Sunday after that.

Does anyone by any chance know of any good cyberpunk with a good english dub (even better if its in print on DVD in the UK)? The only ones I know of are Mardock Scramble and Ghost in the Shell.

Winter 2014: very little. Only watching SoniAni (SuperSonico - TheAnimation). Started watching it just to see how they handled it (how far they might take the Fan Service). Happy to say: not far.
Most of what I'm watching is MikuMikuDance videos of various sorts. MMD is the freeware animation software that was coded up by a Vocaloid fan to help other Vocaloid fans make animated music videos. Those fans (and others) have taken it WAAAAAAY BEYOND mere music videos. I'm happily stunned at what I see. A good example: "War Zone Idol Haruka-san" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPdprFgI9H8).

Well I've got the second half of Cowboy Bebop but haven't unwrapped it yet, I'm watching Doctor Who: Spearhead from Space right now with Jon Pertwee as the Doctor and it's amazing! Also I've seen the first two episodes of Kill La Kill three times at the two anime clubs I go to and I really don't like it.

I started watching the English dub of Heaven's Lost Property Season 1 or Sora No Otoshi Mono. It's about a guy whose life is turned upside down after he rescues an angel who has crashed landed on Earth. It transpires that the beautiful angel Ikaros is an 'Angeloid', a robot programmed to fufill or hero's every desire however perverted it might be. Also, this means he must be careful what he wishes for; but being Tomoki he just can't help himself! Meanwhile an upperclassman has been investigating an unknown phenomena that he believes is a portal that this angeloid came from.

Just watched "Hibike! Euphonium", the latest from Kyoto Animation. It may be their best work yet. Very smart, very mature, beautiful character designs, honest character portrayal. Very feels-y (as all KyoAni's work seems to be). Final episode: I was weeping by the halfway point, and almost crying aloud at the end (that's a positive review). I wholeheartedly endorse it.

Watching Bakuon!!. Basically, it's like K-On!, but with motorcycles. Faster-paced than K-On!, not as moe, but makes up for it with increasing amounts of T & A >:D One of the girls, Onsa Amano, bears a resemblance to our own Benten: I say, it's mostly her hair, but SandStorm thinks it's also her tomboy-ish personality.

Trying a little series called "Namiuchigawa no Muromi-chan!" ("Muromi-chan at the Seashore"), about a boy who meets a lively mermaid named Muromi. Each episode is 15 minutes long. In the middle of Episode 2 -- a Lum reference!

Just finished watching Buakon!! It's a funny series and I recommend it to those who love bikes and comedy.
Now watching 'Akagami no Shirayukihime'. Some kind of romance story, I guess but I like red hair \(^_^)/, that's for sure.

I'm watching Dragon Ball Super and JoJo Diamond is Unbreakable.
DB Super is getting pretty average in this Black Goku arc after a period of mediocrity. JoJo is closely following the manga so nothing much to say, what is awesome in manga is awesome animated.

Summer Season brings a trio of anime hopefuls to my computer screen.
Watching: NEW GAME!. Typical of the type I like: light, slice-of-life comedy (with a cast of cute girls). Nicely animated, pleasant humor, and girls sleeping in t-shirts and panties ;D
Stopped Watching: REWRITE. Just didn't touch me as it should. Chalk it up to my preferences.
Watched: PLANETARIAN. Only 5 episodes. Within the first 2 minutes of the first episode, I was crying. I could see what was going to happen, a blind man could see what was going to happen, but ... just exactly HOW was it to transpire. Along the way, we get innocence lost and redemption found, a cautionary tale of a future that must not be allowed to happen. I enjoyed it. It touched my heart.
Please don't let Heaven be split in two.
Also .... Tried to Watch: RE:ZERO. Nope. No. No way. No matter how endearing the girls are (Ah! Rem! Let me take you away and keep you safe), I cannot stand a protagonist like him >:( .
Up From The Vault: SEITOKAI YAKUINDOMO (season 1): I LIKE this one. So many dirty things these girls talk about! Well worth digging up to watch.
Looking Forward To (Fall Season): LONG RIDERS! (Why do all the comedies' names end in exclamation points?) Like "Bakuon!", this is a light comedy based on a group of girls engaged in an activity. In this case, the activity is long-distance bicycling (randonneuring, if you know the term). I was never an "official" randonneur, but I participated in "club riding" through my '20's and '30's, so I'm extra-happy to see a manga & upcoming anime about it!

Fall Season:
LONGRIDERS! (you guessed?) is my main interest. Yes, it's "K-On!" with bicycles. It's almost 100% un-ecchi, so I can suggest it to Regular People™. Unfortunately, it's being animated by ACTAS, who cannot keep to a schedule: already, LONGRIDERS! has had a one-week delay. :-\
I've dropped the other shows I started watching: WWW.WORKING, Sound! Euphonium season2, and Gi(a)lish Number.

I'm currently watching some older series due to an enormous backlog on watching these... Those older series are sure funny to watch :mrgreen:

So, the Fall Season is closing and Winter Season is about to begin. LONGRIDERS! concluded with today's episode 10; the remaining 2 ep's will be shown in February. (the problems this show has had just amaze me. BAD animation [wanna see for yourself? track down eps. 3 and 4]. Unforgivable, Studio ACTAS. UNFORGIVABLE >:(.)
Next season? Another cycling anime, Minami Kamakura Koukou Joshi Jitensha-bu ("MinaKama"), begins. Looks more racing-oriented, and more glamor (moe) oriented. KyoAni will start a light comedy, Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon, about a high-school girl who "inherits" a dragon-girl as a live-in maid (much to the high-school girl's dismay). And, Studio Trigger brings Little Witch Academia to full fruition; if they can maintain the quality they had with the two short specials they made, it'll be a sure-fire hit.

I started watching the new Inuyasha anime back when it started but I put it on hold after the first 10 or so episodes due to lack of time and the anime not being as good as the old Inuyasha.
Besides that, right now I think I'll watch the new Dragon Quest anime this summer. At least a few episodes ;D Or Flame of Recca. Since I was a teenager that I wanted to see FoR, because of amvs and short clips I saw floating around, maybe now it's the time.
