I'm pretty sure a couple Inuyasha ones have. Dunno about Urusei Yatsura or Ranma 1/2.

Like Kasaioni said there are a few inuyasha games in the US. As for ranama 1/2 i think there was 1 fighting game that came out for the older consoles(snes). Thats all the anime based games i know of :X
