Title: Does DVD decrytion mean that it removes region protection?

Can AnyDVD and Clone DVD be used together to make region free copies? I want to be able to make a region free copy of a DVD that is region 1 to play in my region 2 player. I do not want to buy a region free DVD player and the region unlock code has not been leaked for my TV DVD combo. I know region 0 NTSC DVDs work in my PAL player as I have watched Trigun on it.
