I wanted to say that her usual outfit is more like a bikini then actual underwear, because underwear does have to go under something, as the name states...
But then I remembered that when she's going to and from school, she flies in a way that anyone behind her could clearly see her underwear. So I guess she doesn't mind being the tease she is. xD

I think that's one of the "Railgun" girls, and I think (again) that she has special electrical powers? A bandeau-top outfit in tiger-stripes might therefore be a small homage to Our Queen and the heritage of electrifying beauties in the universe of anime.

I think Lum reaction is the most natural of them all... because why should she care... she wears a bikini all the time... and besides girls (real ones) should be the same... unless you're wearing some kind of ecchi underwear... why should you care??? Some bikinis I see on the beach have less cloth than my head band... ;D and I don't see them embarassed.

If the personality is wrong, all the Trashy Lingerie in the world won't help. It's be like polishing a turd.

Even if sometimes a few drinks and poor lighting may make you do some mistakes... and only at the exit... when there's proper light... you see that... maybe you'll need to come up with some very good excuse to leave immediately... :/
