Title: Do cosplayers ever act out scenes from anime?

I've seen something like that done with Ranma 1/2 cosplayers before

sometimes cosplayers recreate some scenes from the anime's that were cosplayed.
in youtube i watched one a long time ago.

I think it should do it a lot more often. I'm not really into cosplay but I would if I ever got the opportunity to act out scenes from anime with other cosplayers.

It can be called sketches. I did it on my first and only cosplay I've done.

I think it's cool that people act out their characters, especially copying a few known parts (imagine a cosplaying Ataru getting zapped by a cosplaying Lum xD).

That was the whole point, but I wasn't really pissed. I was acting. Like my character (Kyon) is like this => -.-       ALL THE FREAKING TIME

Now answering the question of this topic,cosplayers should enjoy the character they are using and sometimes part of the fun lies on acting out scenes

I know that because I am a cosplayer that loves to act out as the characters I use and I have seen several cosplayers that do act like their characters
