I may be crazy but I believe that Megane is one of the most interesting representations of the otaku community

I have to say it's Perm because he seems like the only one that might be able to put some sense into Mengane's head.

Perm for me, Megane is just way too creepy even for a Lumaholic.
Perm seems more down to Earth then any of the other stormtroopers, and it was shown he's actually capable of getting a girlfriend, despite his huge "admiration" for Lm.

I don't think Chibi, Kakugari and Perm have that admiration for Lum. I think that either Megane made them join his fan club OR those guys care so much for Megane that they joined so he wouldn't be alone. =)

I think they joined on their own. I mean, if a girl suddendly appeared and she dressed and looked like that, I'm sure something would happen. xD
Though I have a feeling they realise they don't have much of a chance with Lum, Megane just goes paranoid about it and keeps himself convinced that Ataru is forcing it on Lum or something.

I'd like to answer "everybody" but it miss this choice  ::)

I'm reading the manga and I'm realizing what is missing in the story the stormtroopen: without them some stories lack of rhythm and "pepper"  :D
