Let's see which OVA is the worst among those so far published.
In my opinion the worst is "memorial albums": a bad puzzle tranche of episodes tied (barely) by a ridiculous plot.

So far I've only watch OVA 1 and 2, and out of those, Ryoko's September Tea Party seriously sucks monkey b***s. Did the animators get lazy or something? The whole entire thing was f***ing reruns, with only 2 minutes of new animation at the most. When I watched it, im like "this is bull ****! So a quickly skimmed through it will my media player, and watched the second OVA.

It's not funny at all. The animators sometimes get really lazy, and just decide to sell the same c*** that they made before, but brand it with a different title/episode number. And UY isn't the show that does this, american sitcoms like The Simpsons, South Park, etc. are guilty too.

Inaba the Dreamaker has to be one of the best OVAs. I think for me it was the Terror of Girly-Eyes Measles. I didn't laugh one bit while watching this one. o.o

I don't remember Ryoko's Tea Party OVA... so I'm going to vote in the one I remember... Memorial Album... for the same reasons that Giovane.
And... who the hell youl'd pay money (back in the 80's/90's) for the VHS of that OVA? (If they even sold it in VHS) XD

It depends also to the budget you can dispose: little amounth, bad OAV.

I haven't seen Memorial Album (I actually skipped past it), but I'm sure it's just as bad, or if not worse than Ryoko's September Tea Party.

Memorial Album is the worst. At least Ryoko's Tea Party has original animation of THE CHARACTERS.

Memorial Album or Ryoko's Tea Party were just clip shows. It would have been good if they had changed the script to make a new story but they didn't. I would say the worst was memorial album because that felt like an age to sit through.
However I did not include those two in the voting, I chose the worst OVA with a proper plot which is Date with a Spirit. The second worst for me is Nagisa's Finance.

Wait, isn't "Date With a Spirit" the one that a ghost goes on a date with Ataru? If it is, it's in my top 2 UY OVAS!
