Awesome what they/she/he did with this video! I didn't like the song very much but the lyrics fit Lum pretty well. ^^

before they think release OVAs or movies, think about continue UY episodes

umm... to release "UY Episodes" would to release an entire season (around 21 episodes) which I doubt they would do at this point in time.

if it is to do new series, well, the supposed ending of the series was with movie 5. now, they could do something like the adventures of the uy troops and the so called mayuka ^_^`

Shippuden was the "older" Naruto series much like Dragonball Z went after Dragonball.
I think they should make a series where Mayuka's a teenager and it would be her adventures ^_^

Neo, Shippuden is the newest Naruto season, not the oldest... It's still being made and everything. :P
Anyway, you guys are forgetting that Mayuka is not an official character, and I don't believe Rumiko Takahashi has ever mentioned that Lum and Ataru would have children, so, for that to happen, she would have to be the one to start it.
Not that I wouldn't like more episodes, but anime-only episodes (meaning no manga was resealed featuring those episodes) of an already existing anime doesn't work very well... :S

in the episode "mother of love and banishment" we see ataru's mom get's into several 'dreams'
one of them, is one ataru named 'konkeru' and we can hear in background lum's voice calling for ataru because ms moroboshi went nust and forgot she was old. :P
still, in one manga we can see one fugly kid named konkeru too, but this one, was in those alternate futures, with sinobu. :P
i see no problem about rumie use mayuka, because many uy fans would indeed like it. ;)

Kokeru is the son that Ataru is supposed to have with Shinobu. I think the Kokeru from the episode with Ataru's mom having all the dreams is supposed to be the same Kokeru. The timeline where Ataru marries Shinobu and Kokeru is born was erased in the story that introduces Inaba, remember? So as it stands, no future has been written.

Look at it this way:
Ms. Moroboshi's Kokeru: we don't even know the mother of the child and all this is happening in Ms. Moroboshi's fantasy world, so there's no proof that Konkeru will ever even exist
"Inaba the dream maker" 's Kokeru: That future was destroyed by the time rabbits, or whatever they're called.
So I return to my original idea: there's no proof that Ataru and Lum ever had a child. Unless of course we consider Imo-chan the fairy, but she/it is not their biological daughter.
(I think I'm starting to sound like sidzero when he goes about in his philosophical discussions. :P)

weird... anyways, so as I was saying, I agree with Kroptik's logic on the... hehe... logic... ahem... his logic on how currently there are no indications of them having kids.
Now I'm sure sid has some sort of objection to this evidence counter, and I'm willing to bet it would involve the manga?

I thought there was something in the manga that contradicts it. The first time we see Konkeru in the manga, for example.

The first, and only, time we see Kokeru (there is no "N") is in "We are the Children" (chapter 12) where Lum and Ataru accidentally go to the future. Long before the future gets reset by the introduction of Inaba.
