hey, could you guys get scanned translations for the first five volumes also? I can't get ahold of them, and i want to read them so bad!

i'm trying really hard 2 get them in the original japanese format cuz i love Rumiko takahashi's stuff. i have 1-38 of inuyasha, a couple ranma 1/2, 3 UY, Mermaid Saga and 1 maison ikoku, but i want the URUSEI YATSURA!! >_<

I have 1-20 of Inu Yasha :( 1-38 of Ranma 1/2 and... widebans 1-15 of UY :D
I would gladly share them with you guys, but sadly I have a 56k connection and the first 5 widebans are 475 MBs... :|

btw,it seems that here almost all book companies dont finish a complete manga run and then fans hav 2 translate them themselves ,hope one day we see UY in a book format again

the anime seems popular enough! I wish another manga company would pick it back up and finish translating it...

Hummm.. I'm new here and I'm not sure but... I saw a site with all the UY mangas in english from the very first one to the last one (I think...)
As I don't own any UY mangas (where I live they are very rare and if you are lucky you are going to find just ONE manga asd) even if I would like to have them (But I just have to place to keep 'em, and no money to pay 'em lol).
Anyway... Can i post that site? I really don't know if I can do it (you know... usually the forums don't like scanned material) or maybe I haven't seen that you already know a good site to read the UY mangas (ah by the way you can download them, but you have to save the image one by one... really nasty)

Welcome Tassadarh... Yes you can post the link to the site... just be sure its a "safe" site. And I think we already have lots of scans from the manga around here some where in the forum.
