Title: New buttons when posting a message

When you are editing/posting a new message or write a PM on the board, you have 3 new buttons:

(http://www.lum-chan.com/Themes/dark-green/images/bbc/offtopic.gif) The offtopic button which places the [ offtopic] and [ /offtopic] tags.
(http://www.lum-chan.com/Themes/dark-green/images/bbc/edit.gif) The edit button which places the [ edit] and [ /edit] tags.
(http://www.lum-chan.com/Themes/dark-green/images/bbc/youtube.gif) The YouTube button was added earlier which places the [ youtube] and [ /youtube] tags.

This way you don't need to remember all those new tags and that's making life a lot more easier for us, Lum-a-holics  ;)
