She will born on August the 12th (about).
We're so happy ;D

You've also to consider this: just one year ago the doctors have saied to me that I wasn't able to have a son, due to a malformation of mine !!!
I've been operated (now I'm 39 years old !!), I've did a long cure and a lots of analyses but it seemed that nothing have changed.
It's true: SONS ARE A BLESS FROM GOD !!

I guess I would like to be a mother but I don't want to feel pain and sick and those unpleasent things women feel when they're pregnant... Anyways this is about you and your little princess that's coming... Teach your daughter about Anime ok? ;)

You know, I'm only 17 so I always thought that as I grew older I would slowly move away from anime. Looking here, it seems like that won't happen.

I've preferred to wait a lot because, in the beginning, my wife had some little problems and we had to consider also that her mother have had severals abortus (and she lost 2 twins just after the birth) and maybe it could be a disposition in it also on my wife.
Prudence over all !!!
Now M.V. is swimming so happy in the woomb :-)
About beer: I think that she will like so much !!!
during the first days my wife (WHO NEVER DRINK ANY ALCHOOLICS !!!) started to drink some beer to reduce stomach acidity.
It use to say that you can see a good day from the morning.....

It's a good thing she doesn't drink. Drinking while pregnant can cause serious problems to the unborn, including, but not limited to, death and brain damage. I don't think you'll be wanting that to happen, now, would you?

Don't worry, now all the alchoolics on our house are stabbed and I hold the key of them ;D
For the rest my wife had stopped to drink anything of strange (even coke) and this is good.

have fun controlling her food cravings and by controlling i mean going to go get the food for her, anyway sorry this is a bit late but congratulations on your future fatherhood
just one final question, are you going to find out the gender of the baby before its born or keep it a surprize?

boy-hunting is the obsession of my wife !!!
I think it will be so difficult to explain to her when she used to throw on me, hidden, out of the window, an heavy cover that keept us warm during the cold winter nights (NOT made just for watching the stars !!!).
But this problem will come only on 2020 ;D ;D
Now we're looking forward for the birth.
... and we are so worried: in my town the doctors have a terrible fame.

We're seriously thinking to make her born on Florence (is not so far from us: only 60 Km).

It's better to do 60 Km to have a secure birth than to do only 2 km and let my wife in the hands of a crew of butchers !!!
In the hospital of my town, in the past years, 2 women died during the birth, due to the heavy blames of the doctors.

60 km isn't that far. A few years ago, I had a job that I had to drive a little more than 60 miles each way. And a mile is a little over 1.5 km. But I like driving, so I didn't mind at all.

well if its 60km then if you drive 120km an hour then you should be there in 30 minutes ^_^

do remember that a later in a pregnancy it is quite a discomfort to travel some distances, also that your wife might give birth weeks early or late so you may have to live near florence there might be a bit of a dilema

Yeah, it might be a good idea to learn how to deliver the baby yourself. Anyone can do it, you don't need to be a doctor. The only reason to even have a doctor is if your wife wants the drugs for the pain, and for an after-birth physical for mother and child.

60 km isn't a big distance and I know it because sometimes I have to walk 60 km when I go camping.

Sure, Mary Victory will be her name.
"Mary" for the holy mother, "Victory" because she is our victory: we was searching for a baby since 3 years and a half and the doctors saied to me that I wasn't able to have a son without the artificial insemination (and God knows how much is difficult for a woman to keep up a pregnancy with an artificial insemination: even if about the 35% of them are goods, only the 5% of them are carried until the end, the rest are abortions).
Just a little laugh: if she was born in 2006 I wanted to give her the name "Maria Vittoria Azzurra" ;D ;D

WE'VE JUST DID THE MOST IMPORTANT ECHOGRAPHY: EVERYTHING IS GONA BE ALLRIGHT !!!
She (because id definitly a LADY !!!) is so ashamed, we've seen her always turned on her back but she also move her hand as to say "ciao ciao": she's really the sweetest thing !!
She has on me also a misterious power: even after an hard day of work make me feel quiet and happy !!!

You will be able to communicate with your daughter through ANIME!!!
Neither of my parents watch any anime and my mom thinks that its just noise.

Like anime is really that universal? You don't fully understand the rebellious nature of the teenage years yet. No matter what cool stuff your parents do, your hormones will direct you to hate it. Seen it happen.

I don't have any issues with my mother and i get along as well as mother and son could.

Me and my mom watch the same shows.
Heroes, How I met Your Mother, Journeyman, Chuck, House, Reaper, Lost, Life, My Name is Earl, The Office, MadTv, etc.
We also watch those shows together. My sister comes for some of those shows and my dad comes for the Office.
So as far as TV shows go I think your theory isn't 100% true.

Yeah, a son/daughter is always a good excuse to watch some classic Disney cartoons. xD
And by the way, when I said I got along great with my mom, I didn't mean I watch the same shows she dows. :P

First of all: SHE'S ADORABLE !!!
... then, I've to say that she's really SLAUGHTERING us during the day but, fortunately, sleeps all night long (IS OUR BIGGEST FORTUNE !!!).
Now she's 1 mounth and 22 days old so has began to see so much clear than the first days: it means that SHE RECOGNIZE US and also agree the world around her.
Briefly, I'M MAD ABOUT HER !!!!
