1. I think it's amusing.
2. Vivid is my first manga. I have watched the three Nanoha series and the movie. I liked A's better but StrikerS was good, too. Vivid is something completely different at first sight. However as the story progresses, it shows very similarities with StrikerS. So, I would recommend it if you're a Nanoha fan.

Thanks for the info. I'm a huge Nanoha fan, but only of the first 2 seasons. I've tried getting through StrikerS but I can't because I feel that it's so bad. The farthest I've ever been able to get is around episode 10 of it. But to me, StrikerS takes everything that was good about the first two seasons and throws it away. So if vivid is like StrikerS then I should let it pass me by.

It's like StrikerS because it has lots of kids in it. x'D

Vivid focuses more on Vivio and on a new character which name escapes me now. x_X
