You know... I thought about it. There's no way Lum would let Ataru keep the ribbon. But I'm sure he knows as well as she does that there's no way SHE would be able to get rid of it. Even if it was a ploy to seal off her powers, it WAS the first "present" he ever gave her, so I'm sure she would have it locked away somewhere. And he would know it, too.
