On what I've seen so far most people Lum no love song but I don't like it because I probably got tired of hearing it or simply don't like it. Now that this is out of the way I'll go down the list dividing it by sections.
TV songs:
the first two are the same as daniel bush
my two favorites are "Tonogata Gomen Asobase" and "Pajama Jama Da"

I love both because one is catchy and energetic and the other one is dreamy and fun. Another reason I like both openings its because of the animation, more specifically the colors being used in the animation. this will be branching out to something deeper but let me explain. The colors mostly used on this two openings are yellow (selective yellow) and red. they are considered "warm" colors which make the openings feel exciting and cheerful. In comparison to the other animations they are mostly blue which are "cool" colors and give it a more calm and relaxing feeling.
and last couple for favorite for tv are the op is "Chance on love" because its slow and kinda romantic. the ed "everyday", was kinda depressing but the animation had minimalism which made it great
Moving on, I'm will keep this short from this point on, so my favorite OVA/movie themes are "Monotone no Natsu", "Sorry" and "Melancholy no Kiseki". This songs gives a very nostalgic feeling of the late 80's early 90's. it makes you want to go back

KOKOROBOSOINA
What a wonderful song! A loopy walking gait, a goofy melody, and an impossible chorus (try singing those first three lines in one breath). I love it.
Last anyone's heard (around the turn of the millenium), Helen Sasano was living in Austin, Texas. Wonder where she is now ....
