They're Comic Book Archive files. Basically, they're just RAR files of JPEG images, but if you use one of the many reader programs available, it's easier than unzipping and browsing through them one at a time. The program I use is CDisplay, but there are plenty of options available if you google it.

Each wideban volume is one file. The first volume is 19 chapters, and the rest are between 22 and 26 chapters (most of which are 25 chapters) each. 15 separate downloads there.

Cause if it's 19 chapters in one file, that oughta be kinda hard to go through, even with scrolling.
