I can't help you either, but try this forum... this guys helped me a lot in others situations... its a forum about hardware and software:

Uhmm, exactly what's the problem?
It's dead or it powers on but don't boot?
I usually try disconnecting all the cards and drives exept the graphic one, then I try the boot!!
If it lights on then I try adding another card, and another, and another until I find out what's the problem!! :)
But this works for hardware troubles... :&

Well the problem is...... humm......ah when i turn it on it works but in a wierd way it doesnt show the energy logo thing where we can see the system boot or something (that whit the SATA HDD) when i try it whit a "normal" HDD every thing goes well but when it shows the Windows XP user login it just restars and i cant see whats the problem :? ;(

Do you mean it hangs before that screen?
Have you tried changing hd settings (like cableselect...), connecting it to a different ide port or with a different ide cable?

Uhm, but is windows xp already installed on that hd?
It shouldn't work if you installed it with a completely different hardware configuration, you could try to adjust the xp installation with the WinXp installation cd...
But it's a quite difficult task to understand the real problem with no other info...
For example, you didn't mention a cd/dvd player/recorder in your hardware list...

Oh now thats a stupid thing to forget the other HDD is indeed set to a bifferent motherboard |:( :P
And the screen dosent hangs the bios is from America Megatrend or something and as all MB it should show the company logo for a few seconds wiele it boots but it just skips it i only get a glimps of it not even a second :|

Did you try to start you Windows XP with all the new hardware using the install made with the previous hardware? Maybe that's your problem?
You might give the repair option a go.
Further, I have no clue on what's wrong, just a suggetion.
Did you try to re-install Windows XP and see if that works?
-
No because i only have 1 day a week to try to fix the problem and that day is today but i'll try to reintall windows and see what goes if it dosent work i'll have to pay 50€ for repairind and assembly :P :&
-
Well, if you really tried to start an older XP installation on a new hardware... repair function could be unsufficient! :|
Recently I had a similar problem at work and after repairing it thrice I have been forced to reinstall the system over the older one...
...but I think you should try it at least once, you never know... ;)
