www.myanimelist.net (http://www.myanimelist.net)
In here you can keep track of al lthe animes you've watched, plan to watch, and are currently watching (for sidzero, it also has a manga list :P).
It also separates TV episodes from specials from OVAs from movies, so it's pretty useful if you're planning on watching the whole series. You may even find some specials you didn't know existed. xD
If you're ever on, you can add me on your friends list (just look for Kroptik).

Well the only anime/manga I read, or watch, currently are UY (and really, that only because of my little big project), To Love Ru and Mahou Sensei Negima. I may pick up rereading through Naruto and catching up on that again though.
I couldn't possibly even begin to read all that I've read or watched and enjoyed. The list would be FAR too long and I couldn't possibly even remember them all. Maybe if I see a few other people making lists, I'll mention a few that stand out in my mind that won't have been mentioned.

Hmm... I get a search engine... from that site you posted... but like sidzero... If I make a list of anime I like, watched or watching... I would be to big... and I don't even know If I can remember them all...
-
Mine would be big too, but as I remember more, I can add to the list. This would help me keep track of what I have left to watch.

Sorry guys, I posted the wrong link. It was .net, not .com. :P
