Title: Portal Software updated to TinyPortal 1.0 Final!

Updated the Portal software TinyPortal 1.0 RC4 to TinyPortal 1.0 Final.

Some little thingies need to be updated but as far as I can see, everything works like it should  ;)

it seems that foxhead556 is thinking with the wrong type of portals. but oh well, we will be reporting any issues with the update Lum-chan
