That option shouldn't be available to Donators (yet). When it's ready, it allows you to contribute your Urusei Yatsura related stories to the site.
Edit: It shouldn't be available anymore. Due to some script errors I decided to disable it and fix this first. Looks like the database entries are missing. More work to do before I can activate this option.
