This is one of the many internet memes going on from Nico nico douga that has been going around lately the song is called Danjo (basically boy girl). Haha, I saw that one. What a weird song - I wonder what train of thought propelled the original guy to sing it. Japan certainly has no shortage of weird novelty songs, though. I'm sure there's a lot more fodder for little movies like this.
