When the donation page doesn't seem to work, you may need to try again on a later time. From time to time PayPal itself is having some hiccups. As soon as PayPal isn't working correctly, the donation page won't work correctly either.... Just try again at a later time or day...
Edit: Just checked with PayPal. There are some problems with several country-related parts of PayPal from time to time. As far as I know, they are working on this.

Another option is to transfer your donation to my private bank account and then I'll transfer it to the PayPal account of the website. That's the only option I can think of atm... Maybe there are other options but I didn't had time to look into these...
