Title: Do NTSC Blu-ray discs work in PAL Blu-ray players?

I have a PAL playstation 3 and want to know if NTSC blu ray discs will work in it? I know that NTSC DVDs work in PAL DVD players. I read on wikipedia that 70% of blu rays are not region locked.

Also can I play NTSC games in PAL PS3?
