In all those years I maintained The World of Urusei Yatsura's Lum this never has happened!
Today I banned the first misbehaving user on this site :(
This made me decide to make the 1st and last warning rule: People who misbehave on the forum and get reported, get one final warning. The 1st post there-after which contains the same bullshit will be kicked right-away by me.
A ban will be forever and there are no reconsiderations to remove a ban once it's given.
Bans will be based on Username, Emailaddres, Hostname and IPaddress or a combination of these 4 parameters.
In the most worse setting an ISP ban might be a last resort and in cae of a full ban, a abuse-email will be sent with all relevant logs on the forum and the serverlogs of the server will be issued to the ISP of the banned user.
I never wanted to play God on this forum but it seems like times have been changed. Therefore I decided to point 1-3 extra Moderators to moderate the boards with special rights. These 1-3 Moderators will be picked by the end of the month and will be presented here in the Public section and in the Moderation section of the site.
