From all of the download sites I've visited, mediafire has the least annoyances in my opinion. All download host sites need to have high hits in order to keep your file on the server. another one that might never expire is probably your Windows Live Skydrive, that has up to 25GB storage but I don't know the individual file size limit, so there are your choices.

I forgot to mention about the windows skydrive is that the file size limit is 50MB and the storage is permanent

I felt it wasn't necessary to mention that detail -_-', but yes, your file is there until a company comes in and tells your to remove it.
