Or you buy the US Version and convert with a Program to PAL. Here is a instruction for a good convert to PAL (but in German).

I didn't know it was possible to convert NTSC to PAL. I'd better do that (although I don't understand German and don't have any specialist software). Can someone tell me how to or direct me to somewhere that shows how to convert NTSC to PAL in English please?

Beautiful Dreamer has came out on Blu Ray but some reviews on amazon have criticised its quality compared to the later DVD version.

The software is VirtualDub (english). I woul'd this translate to english, if i have time.
The problem is, most Companys are directly converting from NTSC to PAL and so the quality is worse. Better is, use Tele Inverse (29,97 fps to 23,97 fps) with Deinterlacer. So you have a progessive Video and then convert to PAL.
